Download & Upload SAP Screen along with its layout.
Download Screen:
SE80 -> Double click on screen no. then from Menu Options and navigate:
Utilities -> More Utilities -> Upload/Download -> Download
Upload Screen: (in another SAP system)
SE51 -> create a screen with same name and screen no. then navigate:
Utilities -> More Utilities -> Upload/Download -> Upload
